The Summer Watch | Seasonal Care
May 1 – October 31
Florida’s summer months bring heavy rains, rapid weed growth, and storm debris that can quickly obscure a resting place. For families who cannot visit weekly, we stand watch for you.

• Monthly Site Visit: A dedicated visit every month to inspect the condition of the site.

• Storm Recovery: Removal of fallen branches, palm fronds, and windblown debris.

• Grooming: Trimming of encroachment grass and weeding around the base or marker.

• Light Refresh: A gentle water rinse and soft-cloth wipe-down to remove fresh pollen and bird droppings (does not include deep chemical cleaning).

• Photo Update: A monthly photo sent to you, so you know the site is secure.

Price: $45/month (or $250 prepaid for the season)*

*Please Note: The Summer Watch includes light maintenance and surface rinsing only. It is designed to maintain a previously cleaned stone. If the headstone currently has heavy biological growth or lichen, a standard Deep Cleaning service is required prior to starting the subscription.

Hurricane Watch & Report
Boots-on-the-ground assurance when the weather turns.
When a named storm threatens Florida, we secure your loved one’s memorial so you don't have to worry.

• Pre-Storm Deployment: We visit the site 48–72 hours before landfall to secure or temporarily store loose items (vases, solar lights, flags, decor) that could become projectiles or be lost in high winds.

• Post-Storm Reconnaissance: Once safe travel resumes, we return to the site to conduct a full visual inspection.

• Status Report: You receive a detailed photo report confirming the condition of the headstone and noting any storm debris or damage caused by falling limbs.

Price: $75 per storm event (Must be booked at least 72 hours prior to predicted landfall).

Service Limitation: The Post-Storm Inspection includes the removal of light debris (small branches, palm fronds, leaves). If the gravesite is obstructed by heavy fallen trees, large limbs, or structural flooding, we will photograph the issue for your insurance/cemetery records but cannot safely remove heavy hazards during this service.

Note: Due to the time-sensitive nature of storm prep, availability is limited to the first 10 bookings per storm.
